To update your account details like name, email address, phone number or address, anytime by following these steps:


  1. Click on "Your Name" to reveal the quick-start menu. 

  2. Click "My Profile".
  3. Once you've arrived on the "My Profile" page, click "Choose File" to upload a profile picture (Optional).
  4. Enter "Name".

  5. Enter "Phone Number".

  6. Enter "Email Address".

  7. Enter "Password".

  8. Select a system "Timezone". 

  9. Click "Save Profile" to complete your changes.


In case you have forgotten your password, click on the forgot password button and follow the instructions there.


Note: Once you verify the updated email details, you can resume your activities on your account.
