Step #1

Click on your profile picture or initials to reveal the quick-start menu.

Step #2

Click "Error Codes".

Don't see Error Codes? That's because your user doesn't have enough permission.

Step #3

Click "Create Error Code".

Step #4

Enter a name for your "Error Code".  The Name is the internal or descriptive title of the error code. It should clearly identify the type of error you are tracking.  Choose a name that your team will recognize quickly when creating or reviewing events. Examples: “Missing Part Label,” “Incorrect Inspection Step,” “Damaged Item.”

Step #5

Enter "Label".  The Label is a short code or abbreviation that represents the error. This is used in reports, dropdowns, or analytics where space is limited. Labels should be concise but still clearly linked to the Name.
Example: “MPL” for “Missing Part Label”, or “IIS” for “Incorrect Inspection Step.”

Step #6

Enter "Description" (Optional).

Step #7

Click "Create Error Code".
