Step #8
Adjust your Organization Settings to customize how documents and permissions are managed in Isolocity. Options include:
- Document Validity Period (in days): Add a validity notice at the bottom of PDFs to prevent uncontrolled paper copies in your facility.
- Document Header: Display the Document Name and Revision Number automatically on PDFs uploaded into the Documents module.
- Custom Footer Lines: Add or edit footer text on PDFs uploaded into the Documents module by enabling this option and entering your custom text in the fields provided.
- Admin Access to Team QMS Modules: Restrict the ability to create items (such as error codes or document types) to administrators only.
Step #9
Adjust your Organization Settings to strengthen and customize how security features are managed in Isolocity. Available options include:
- Password Expiry (90 days): Require users to update their password every 90 days. This helps reduce the risk of compromised credentials being used indefinitely and encourages strong password hygiene across your organization.
- Account Lockout (after 5 failed login attempts): Automatically lock a user’s account if five incorrect login attempts are made in a row. This prevents brute-force attacks and safeguards your system from unauthorized access attempts.
- Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) via Email: Add an extra layer of protection by requiring all users to verify their identity through a secondary step sent to their email. This ensures that even if a password is compromised, the account remains protected.
Step #10
