Click "User Manager"

Click “Archive.” Archiving a user deactivates their account—removing their access to the database while preserving their historical records for reporting and auditing purposes.

Step #4
Click “View Archived Users.” This page shows all inactive users, allowing you to review their information and, if necessary, reactivate them.
