Adding An Audit Template

Step #1

Click "Templates"

Step #2

Click "Create Template"

Step #3

Complete the "Identification" section by completing the following fields:

• Template Name
• Template ID/Number
• Revision Level
• Revision Date
• Notes

Please do not link an Equipment directly to a template. This is a legacy feature. Instead, link the template to the equipment within its corresponding module.

Step #4

Add a characteristic to the template by entering:

• Characteristic
• Operation
• Tolerance

Select whether the characteristic is optional or requires a signature. 

Step #5

Click "Save" to add the characteristic.

Step #6

Click "Add New Template" to save your progress.

Step #7

Repeat Steps 4 & 5 until all characteristics are added.

Step #8

Click "Approved" to use the template in the Inspection modules.
