Click here to manage your equipment types.

Step #4

Click here to create a new "Equipment Type".

Step #5

Enter a "Name" (Required).

Step #6

Select whether this type of equipment will be "Active" or "Inactive".

Step #7

Enter "Frequency" of the reporting on this type of equipment (Optional).

Step #8

Select the "Duration" of the frequency (Optional).

Step #9

Click here to create your "Equipment Type".

Step #10

When the form is complete, click here to create your "Equipment Type".
