1. How do I customize or Configure a Module
A: First Log into the Isolocity Application
  1. Customization is available in multiple modules but for this example we will use the Deviations module 
  2. Select your required  module from the left hand site of the screen
  3. In the CAPA module we would select the sub Module Deviations.  
  4. Then at the top right hand side of the screen we would select  "Create Report"
  5. Once the page opens up there is a "Gear" icon visible at the top right hand side of the screen, selecting this will show you the customizations available in Report
  6. You can also manage you different Types by clicking on "Manage Types" at the bottom of the List view page.
  7. There are different variations of this available in each module.

2. How can I change the sub-module names for the different Quality Events listed as submodules under the CAPA module? Currently the Sub Modules (by default) are named as follows: Non Conformance, Corrective Actions, Deviations, Complaints & Out of Specification.

A: Navigate to the CAPA Module on the left hand side bar.

  1. Select the sub-module name you wish to modify (Non Conformance, Corrective Actions, Deviations, Complaints or Out of Specification)
  2. Click the green button at the top right hand side of the screen to create a new Report.
  3. Now select the "gear" icon on the top right hand side bar to enter the settings page.
  4. The first box is the "Menu Name", here is where you can change the way the module name appears on the left side bar for something else.

3. How can I add an employee to a Team or Group?

A: To add an employee to a Team first navigate to the "User Manager" module" on the left hand side of the page. Only specific permission levels will have access to do these assignments.

  1. Select the appropriate user from the list view
  2. Once the page opens up you will have access to add that user to a specific Team, by selecting the appropriate Team from "Team access". Here you can add multiple Teams as needed to the user.
  3. When complete, click on "Save user"
  4. Adding a User to a Group is slightly different. First select Human Resources, and then Employee Groups from the left side bar.
  5. Select the correct Employee group from the list few. Once the page for this specific group opens up, half way down the page you will have the option to "Add Employees" . Here you can select the names of the Employees that you wish to add to this group.
  6. When complete, click "Save employee group" to save your changes.

4. I am trying to add an employee, but I keep getting an error message that their email address is already taken?

A: There are a few things that you can validate if you are trying to set up a new employee and the email address is giving you an error msg.

  1. First, Check all "Teams" to see if the user is there already.
  2. Next, check to make sure the user is not archived in the Team.
  3. You can also use (ctrl+f) to search for the email in the User Manager Module.


5. How can I pull an active user report?

A: Isolocity does not have a client facing export for this. To receive an export of your system's users; please contact support@isolocity.com to request a user export. Our support team will be happy to assist.

7: What is the module Team Manager used for?
A: "Team Manager" is available to "Admin" level users. This module allows you to create multiple "Teams" within your organization. Each team is like a fresh new database with its own data. One user can be part of multiple teams and switch between them from the same login.


8: How can I change to a different team?
A: If you have access to multiple "Teams," you can click the dropdown menu in the banner at the top of the page to change the "Team" you are currently in.


9. What does the Sandbox tag mean?
A: The "Sandbox" is a separate environment within your database where you can create data and test workflows without impacting your other databases.


10. How do I set up Do Not Disturb?
A: You can disable email notifications via "My Profile" under the "Email Notifications" section.


11. Where can I find my username?
A: Your username is the email address used to log in to Isolocity.


12. How do I find out my e-signature username?
A: Your username is the email address used to log in to Isolocity.


13. Can I use the system in French?
A: Yes. Navigate to "My Profile," select "French" from the dropdown menu for "Preferred Language," and click "Save." To apply the change, log out and log back in.


14. I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
A: Go to https://app.isolocity.com/login and click the "Forgot your password" button to receive a reset email. If already logged in, you can also change your password under "My Profile."
