Question:  How can I re-open a complaint  that was accidentally closed?


ANSWER:

  1. Re-opening a Complaint is a Task that can only be preformed by an Admin
  2. If you are an Admin, Navigate to the CAPA module on the left hand side of the page
  3. Select the sub module "Complaints"
  4. Select the Complaint you wish to re-open from the list view page 
  5. If you are the Admin, you can go ahead and Click the "Re-open Report" button in the bottom left hand corner of the Page.
