FAQ's for "Accessing Your Database"
1. I have an approved Vendor list and I want to bulk upload the same data into my 3 other Teams. How can I do this?
A: There is currently no client facing Supplier Upload available directly in the platform for you to bulk upload the data into multiple Teams. But, this is something our support Team can assist you with directly. Please submit a support Ticket and my Team will be happy to you further
2. How do I bulk edit my Part/ Product numbers?
A: Bulk Part & Product number updates can not be done directly through the Platform, and will require the assistance of Support Rep to be completed. Please create a ticket and we will be happy to help you out.
3. What is the difference between "Parts Upload" and "Materials Upload" spreadsheet?
A: The "Parts Upload" spreadsheet is used to add all parts (both finished products and raw materials) that your organization uses. For example, if I was a business that made cookies some parts I may have are eggs, flour, sugar, butter, milk, chocolate chips, chocolate chip cookie and I would therefore list all of these in the "Parts Upload" spreadsheet. The "Materials Upload" spreadsheet is used to associate your bill of materials (essentially your recipes). Using the cookie example, I would have a chocolate chip cookie as my finished product with the measurements of eggs, flour, sugar, butter, and milk added as the materials.
4. How can I export a list of users?
A: Isolocity does not currently have a client facing export for this. To receive an export of your system's users; please contact support@isolocity.com to request a user export. Our support team will be happy to assist.
5. Could I get the mass upload form for equipment?
A: You can find the mass upload form on your Asana project board. Click on "Equipment" and find the "Equipment Mass Upload" task. The sheet and video guide are available there.
