Question:  How do I make sure that the team need to enter their PW, signature, and a reason code within the Isolocity platform when making changes?


ANSWER:

  1. Many of the different modules in Isolocity allow for the requirement of a PW, E-signature and reason code when making modifications.  Where available the individual modules will have a"Gear" icon representing the settings. This is where these options can be toggled "On" and "Off" as needed by your business.
  2. Lets use Corrective Actions as an example. This Sub module  is located under the CAPA module, on the left hand side bar.
  3. Once you have selected "Corrective Actions" you may then create a new Corrective Action report  by clicking the button at the top right hand side of the screen 
  4. Here you can begin creating your Corrective Action Report.
  5. At the Top right hand side of the page you will notice a "Gear" Icon. Click the Icon to open a side bar and view the available settings.
  6. Here you will see the following settings can be toggled on: Require E-signature for authorization, Require E-signature when report is saved & Require a reason code when report is saved. By default these options may be off, so if needed please go ahead and turn them on.
  7. Scroll to the bottom of the window and click the save button, to save your new settings.
