Question: What do I do with some's action items (Tasks) while they are away on vacation?


ANSWER:

  1. Action items (Tasks) can only be reassigned if they are created within the Implementation plan as you are onboarding with us. This is not applicable to the Action items/ Tasks that you create within the Isolocity platform, for other Team members.
  2. The suggestion here would be, in preparation for the team members vacation delete any tasks within Isolocity that need to be completed while they are away. Then you can recreate new tasks for that time period, and assign them to the team members "vacation replacement" if you have one.
