ANSWER:

  1. If a user missed the 24 hour activation period to activate their account & reset their password, they can use the "Forgot your password" button on the Isolocity log in page : https://app.isolocity.com/login
  2. Please ensure the user is using the email address that is associated with their Isolocity account.
