FAQ: How can I approve a Document?
ANSWER:
- There are a few steps of preparation involved before a document can be approved. First be sure that you have configured and applied your "Approval matrix" FAQs for "How to Create an Approval Matrix"
- You will also need to be sure your Document has been fully set up FAQs for "Adding A New Document"
- Once the set up is complete and if you are an authorized approver, then you will be able to go ahead and process your approval within the document.
- If you have a 4 stage approval process, you will see an image of a thumbprint at each stage, where you can click and sign
- Initial Draft
- Final draft
- Approved-Not effective
- Approved-Effective
- Once all 4 stages are approved the Document will become effective
