  1. There are a few things that you can validate if you are trying to set up a new employee and the email address is giving you an error msg.
    1. First, Check all "Teams" to see if the user is there already.
    2. Next, check to make sure the user is not archived in the Team.
    3. You can also use (ctrl+f) to search for the email in the User Manager Module.
