FAQ: I am trying to add an employee, but I keep getting an error message that their email address is already taken?
ANSWER:
- There are a few things that you can validate if you are trying to set up a new employee and the email address is giving you an error msg.
- First, Check all "Teams" to see if the user is there already.
- Next, check to make sure the user is not archived in the Team.
- You can also use (ctrl+f) to search for the email in the User Manager Module.
