QUESTION: Why can't I complete my Training?


ANSWER:  In order to complete training you need to open all the resources. Please verify that the following steps are being taken when you try to complete and submit your response to a "Test":

  1. A response has been selected for all questions
  2. All resource material provided has been opened -- including links (you may need to scroll down in order to view this section depending on the length of the test)
  3. You are clicking the "Save" button to submit your response
  4. The password being entered to sign-off is correct
  5. For "checklists" the same criteria would apply, however, you would also need to ensure the "Is Completed" toggle has been switched from "no" to "yes".
