QUESTION: Why can't I complete my Training?
ANSWER: In order to complete training you need to open all the resources. Please verify that the following steps are being taken when you try to complete and submit your response to a "Test":
- A response has been selected for all questions
- All resource material provided has been opened -- including links (you may need to scroll down in order to view this section depending on the length of the test)
- You are clicking the "Save" button to submit your response
- The password being entered to sign-off is correct
- For "checklists" the same criteria would apply, however, you would also need to ensure the "Is Completed" toggle has been switched from "no" to "yes".
