QUESTION: When a new version of a document is created is the previous version automatically archived and can be found in the archived section?

ANSWER: The previous version is not automatically archived and cannot be found in the archived section. The previous revision will remain in the document record with a banner stating it is obsolete along with the link to the current revision.
