QUESTION: Why can't a user create an inspection?
ANSWER: Your organization may have a setting enabled that allows "only authorized users to open and contribute to inspections". If this setting should not be enabled for your organization please reach out to your System Admin and have them disable this setting in "Team Settings" and the "Templates" module settings. If this setting should be enabled, please reach out to your system Admin and have them add you as an authorized user to the necessary template.
