Where do I go to enable the OneDrive integration?
To enable the OneDrive integration, navigate to the Organizational Settings by clicking on your initials located at the top right-hand corner of the screen. From there, you’ll be able to access all settings relevant to your organization's configuration.Where is the OneDrive toggle located within the settings?

The document will appear visually attached within the page. You’ll be able to open and work with it as needed without downloading it to your device.How do I open and edit a file once it’s attached?
Simply click on the attached document, and it will open in a new browser tab where you can begin editing.Do I need to manually save my edits in the Word file?
No. Any edits you make in the Word file are automatically saved. When you’re done editing, you can simply close the tab without worrying about saving.How can I return to a document I just worked on?
Clicking on the cloud icon again will reopen the most recently accessed OneDrive document, allowing you to continue your edits or review the content.Will my Word document automatically convert to a PDF after approval?
Yes, if the Convert to PDF option is enabled in your settings, the Word file will automatically be converted into a PDF once it reaches the final stage of approval.Will the PDF preview reflect recent document edits?
No. The preview will only show the final approved version of the document. Any edits you make after that point will not be shown until they are approved in a new revision cycle.What should I do after approving a document to see the PDF version?
After making the document fully effective, refresh your screen. This will update the display and allow you to see the final PDF preview.Where do I view the final approved PDF?
Once the screen has been refreshed, the final PDF version of the document will appear in the usual document view area within Isolocity.How do I start a new revision of a document after it's been approved?
Click on the “New Revision” button at the top of the document page. This allows you to begin a new round of edits.What happens when I initiate a new revision?
The system will automatically convert the approved PDF back into a Word file. This gives you full access to continue making changes in a familiar format.Can I repeat the edit-and-approve process multiple times?
