This article provides a glossary of all the icons you’ll see in Isolocity. Each icon is listed with its meaning and where it commonly appears, so you can quickly identify what each symbol represents while navigating the system. Use this guide as a quick reference whenever you’re unsure about an icon.

Description
MostA bell icon represents notifications. It is used to indicate updates, alerts, or messages that the user may need to be aware of. This could include new messages, reminders, or system alerts. Users can click on the bell to view or manage the notifications.
DashboardA downward arrow above the task bar represents downloads.  It is used to indicate that queued reports are available for download. 
AllA PDF indicates that users can download a report or file to their device from this record. 
MostThe history icon, represented by a refresh symbol with clock hands, displays an audit log of all user actions and changes made to a record.
MostA gear icon represents the settings or configurations.  This will take the user to settings or preferences to adjust the module’s configurations.
DocumentsThe cloud icon displays when the OneDrive Integration is enabled for your organization.  This will allow you to access files stored in one drive.
Part ManagerThe three dots represent a menu for additional options or actions.  Here you find more actions that can be completed. 
MostThe pencil icon is displayed anytime there is a field that can be relabeled, clicking on the pencil will allow an Admin level user to customize the text.

The two arrows icon represents a sorting function. When displayed, it indicates that the column can be sorted.
Part ManagerThe barcode icon displays a list of all batches associated with this product, including the available quantity on hand.
Dashboard
The menu icon opens or hides the left-side navigation menu, allowing you to toggle between a full view and a collapsed view of the menu. 
MostThe "x" icon deletes or removes the selected item (such as a file, entry or attachment).  This action cannot be undone, so use it with caution.
DocumentsThe link icon opens the connected Change Control report.  Selecting this icon will take you directly to the linked report for quick access.

The lock icon indicates that a record has been e-signed.  Clicking the lock allows you to unlock the record and remove your e-signature, if changes are needed.
