This guide provides information on integrating Isolocity with Certicraft. Please note that the initial setup and configuration must be completed through Certicraft.


This integration enables seamless mapping between events in Certicraft and inspection activities in Isolocity, ensuring that data flows accurately and inspections stay aligned across both platforms.


Instructions:

  1. Obtain Required Credentials:
    Reach out to Isolocity Support (support@isolocity.com) and they will provide the necessary API token required to connect Certicraft to Isolocity.

  2. Contact Certicraft Support:
    Reach out to Certicraft directly for guidance on configuring their system for integration with Isolocity.


Important Notes:

  • Isolocity does not manage account setup or credential generation for Certicraft.

  • All setup-related questions or issues must be handled by Certicraft support.
