OneDrive Integration
Isolocity is now integrated with Azure for OneDrive. OneDrive in Microsoft 365 are cloud-based services that help organizations share and manage content, knowledge, and applications.
By activating the OneDrive Integration, you will be able to easily add documents to Isolocity and complete editing within the browser.
Supported Features
- Upload of documents directly from OneDrive
- Browser editing of documents (if permissioned in OneDrive)
- Conversion of native word files to PDF upon approval
Prerequisites
- You will need the following information:
- An Azure AD account
- An Azure Admin Account for initial set-up to grant users the necessary permissions to connect their OneDrives. After setup, each user can authenticate and use OneDrive by following the instructions below.
- The person completing the set-up must already be a user in Isolocity
- Files in OneDrive should be accessible by the organization
- The person using the integration must have their OneDrive activated and be connected to their 360 organization linked to Isolocity
Important Considerations
- If you are already using Azure AD, ensure that the below permissions are assigned to Isolocity app in Azure Enterprise applications (in the permissions tab).
Setting up OneDrive Integration
- To set-up the integration with OneDrive with the Isolocity Application, go to the Isolocity login page and log in to your account.
Note: Ensure you complete the entire set up process using an Azure Admin account.
- Navigate to “Organization Settings” by clicking on your profile in the top right hand corner.
- Navigate to the “OneDrive” section and turn the “Enable OneDrive Integration” toggle on.
- Navigate to “Documents” on the left side bar.
- Open an existing document or create a new one and click on the cloud icon.
- Sign-in to your Microsoft account.
- Proceed to follow the prompts from Microsoft to log into your account.
- Review and accept the requested permissions.
*This is only applicable if Azure AD was not previously set-up.

- Once logged in, the OneDrive File Search will be available.
